Sucker Rods Built for Your Well Conditions!

Inspection
Inspection verifies material identification, rod diameter, length, straightness, surface condition, and thread dimensions before release. Mechanical properties, hardness, and nondestructive examination are checked when required by the applicable standard or purchase order. Results are recorded against the corresponding heat or production batch.
Inspection objective: Confirm compliance before product release

Packaging
Sucker rods are bundled separately according to diameter, grade, and length to prevent specification mixing during handling. Threads and finished surfaces receive suitable protection against impact, moisture, and corrosion. Durable package labels identify the product specification, quantity, and production batch for accurate receiving inspection.
Packaging objective: Prevent corrosion, damage, and product mixing

Transportation
Shipment planning considers rod length, bundle weight, transport route, container capacity, and unloading conditions. Each bundle is supported and secured to limit bending, impact, and movement during inland handling and ocean transportation. Package identification remains visible so the products can be checked and allocated after arrival.
Delivery objective: Maintain straightness and prevent handling damage

Documentation & Traceability
Product markings, bundle numbers, and heat or batch references are linked to the corresponding production and inspection records. Delivery documents may include material certificates, dimensional reports, test results, and packing lists. This document set supports accurate product identification and order verification during receiving.
