Sucker Rods Built for Your Well Conditions!
Grade, Size & Connection Matching
Sucker Rod Selection for Rod-Lift Systems
Correct sucker rod selection depends on the calculated rod-string load, well depth, stroke conditions, produced-fluid corrosivity, well deviation and tubing clearance. Rod grade and nominal diameter should be evaluated separately because rods of the same size can have different mechanical properties and service limits.
Our product range includes sucker rods, pony rods, polished rods and sucker rod couplings for different rod-lift configurations. Selection covers material grade, rod-body size, length, thread connection, coupling type and required inspection documentation, with dimensional and mechanical requirements specified in accordance with API 11B where applicable.

Order & Delivery Support
From Sucker Rod Specification to Export Delivery
Specification Review
Each order begins with the rod grade, nominal diameter, length, pin and thread configuration, coupling type and required quantity. Existing rod-string details and tubing clearance should also be provided when connection compatibility needs to be checked.
Production Requirements
Material grade, heat treatment, forged-end geometry and mechanical properties are defined by the purchase specification. Any requirements beyond standard production—including special lengths, marking or inspection—should be agreed before manufacturing begins.
Inspection & Traceability
Finished sucker rods are checked for dimensions, straightness, surface condition, thread quality and specified mechanical properties. Heat numbers, product markings and inspection records maintain traceability between the supplied rods and their manufacturing documentation.
Packing & Export Documents
Threaded ends are protected before packing, and rod bundles are prepared to limit movement and handling damage during transport. Packing lists, inspection records, material documents and other required export files are matched to the confirmed order.
