Octal Steel participated in Angola Oil & Gas 2026 (AOG 2026) in Luanda, Angola, meeting with oil and gas professionals, project representatives and industry partners to discuss OCTG, line pipe and steel pipe solutions for energy projects.

As one of the important events connecting energy companies, service providers and industrial partners in Africa, Angola Oil & Gas 2026 provided a valuable opportunity for industry participants to exchange information on market developments, project requirements and future cooperation. For Octal Steel, attending this exhibition was not only an opportunity to introduce our product capabilities, but also a chance to better understand the challenges faced by customers in different oil and gas applications.
During the exhibition, Octal Steel focused on the practical requirements behind steel pipe procurement, including product selection, applicable standards, material requirements, manufacturing processes, inspection procedures and delivery coordination. In oil and gas projects, choosing the right pipe solution requires careful evaluation of operating conditions, pressure requirements, corrosion risks and project specifications. Consistent quality control and complete documentation are important factors that help customers reduce risks during installation and operation.

Octal Steel provides OCTG products, line pipes and related steel pipe solutions for various oil and gas applications. Our product range covers solutions for different project requirements, including casing and tubing applications, pipeline transportation systems and other industrial steel pipe needs. Through controlled manufacturing processes, dimensional inspection and quality documentation, we support customers in maintaining traceability and meeting project requirements throughout the supply chain.
For OCTG procurement, factors such as steel grade selection, connection requirements, mechanical properties and inspection scope can directly influence field performance. Octal Steel works closely with customers to understand their technical specifications and provide suitable product solutions based on actual project conditions. Supporting documents such as material certificates and inspection records are also available according to project requirements to help customers verify product quality and compliance.

During AOG 2026, our team had valuable conversations with visitors from Angola and other international markets about their current and future project needs. These discussions provided deeper insights into regional market expectations, procurement challenges and the importance of reliable supply partnerships in the oil and gas industry.
